Delivery area
We currently offer delivery services to Hong Kong and Macau. All products will be shipped from Macau.
Orders in Hong Kong will be shipped by SF Express and can be delivered to residential or commercial addresses. Orders in Macau will be shipped locally via eBuy. If you require delivery to other international locations, please contact us by email before placing your order to confirm your request. We will provide a special delivery solution as appropriate.
Please note that orders shipped outside Hong Kong may incur additional international shipping charges and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing time and shipping costs
Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, we typically process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. For Hong Kong, delivery typically takes approximately 2-3 business days, and for Macau, approximately 2-3 business days. The actual delivery time depends on logistics conditions.
Orders over a specified amount receive free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are payable on delivery . We work with reliable logistics partners (SF Express & eBuy) to ensure your products arrive safely and quickly. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak season or inclement weather.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your ONETASTE product. To request a return or exchange, please follow these instructions:
Application Deadline:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return or exchange the product. We will assist you with the relevant procedures. Late requests will not be accepted.
Product Status:
Unless the product itself is defective or the item was sent incorrectly, the returned item must be unopened, unused , and in its original packaging . Once we have received the returned item and inspected it to confirm it is in good condition, we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
Non-refundable items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following products are not returnable or exchangeable:
(1) Aromatherapy products (such as white sage, Peruvian sacred wood, incense sticks, etc., which cannot be resold once burned or opened);
(2) Personal care products (such as handmade soaps, essential oils, etc., which are not returnable or exchangeable after opening and use unless there are product defects).

Return process:
Once you notify us of your return request, our customer service team will provide the return address.
Please return the product with its original packaging.
In principle, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer; if it is confirmed that the product is defective or the error is caused by our company, we will bear the corresponding shipping cost.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking function to return the product to ensure the safe delivery of the goods.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the original payment within 7 business days (less any discounted shipping charges for the original order, if applicable). Credit card refunds may take several additional days to process by your issuing bank, so please monitor your account for any changes.
Exchange:
If you choose to exchange and the conditions are met, we will arrange for you to exchange the same product (if available) or a product of the same value.
If the price difference needs to be reimbursed or refunded, we will coordinate with you separately.
