To ensure the quality of the event and venue reservation arrangements, this trip adopts the following cancellation and refund mechanism:
🔒 General Cancellation Terms (Non-Refundable)
Once you have registered and paid, your participation is deemed confirmed and no cancellation or refund will be accepted .
If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons (such as temporary schedule changes, visa issues, physical discomfort, etc.), please understand that we cannot refund the fee.
If you need to transfer your spot, please contact the organizer at least 14 days before the event to assist in changing your participant information.
⚠️ Please confirm your personal itinerary and the validity of your documents before registering.
🌪 Force Majeure (Partial Refund Mechanism)
If any of the following circumstances prevent the event from taking place as scheduled, the organizer will provide the following solutions depending on the circumstances:
1. The organizer cancels the event (such as due to major force majeure such as epidemic, war, natural disaster, etc.)
✅ Choose from:
Full refund (minus any irrecoverable expenses, such as airfare and hotel deposits)
Or postpone to a future session to reserve a spot
